Depending on your visibility settings, your profile may be publicly accessible, shared by link, displayed in discovery areas, or visible to other users.
6. Your content
You own the content you upload or add to Properly Met, including your profile text and photos.
By uploading or publishing content, you give Properly Met permission to store, display, reproduce, resize, crop, process, and make that content available as needed to operate the service.
You confirm that you have the right to upload and share any content you add to Properly Met, and that your content does not infringe anyone else's rights.

17. No guarantee of matches or outcomes
Properly Met helps users create and share dating profiles. We do not guarantee that you will receive views, likes, messages, dates, relationships, or any particular outcome from using the service.
18. Disclaimer
Properly Met is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, representations, or guarantees that are not expressly set out in these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Properly Met will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the service.
We are not responsible for the actions, content, accuracy, behaviour, or intentions of users or third parties.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
20. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for any losses, claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of Properly Met, or your infringement of another person's rights.
21. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using Properly Met, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the date on this page or displaying a notice within the service.
Continued use of Properly Met after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
23. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
